Las Dunas Park is luxury beachside urbanisation in Estepona on world famous the Costa del Sol. Luxury penthouses and apartments are positioned to make the most of the beautiful garden views and the Mediterranean Sea.

Within the beautiful gardens there is a swimming pool, private beach bar and 12 cabanas. Cape Reed renovated each of these garden structures, replacing the thatch roofing with African reed, using 22,700 bunches, to give these old building a new lease of life.

For the beach bar we removed the worn canvas awning and metal structure. We designed and built a custom pergola with wooden beams to create a wide open space for the tables. A semi-shaded roof of eucalyptus slats creates a shaded area while allowing sunlight in.
